Why won't the App Store let me redownload and update apps?

I'm a member of a family plan and I'm the only one who experiences this. I want to redownload and update a few apps and it gives me a pop-up saying "There's a problem with a family member's previous purchase. Please ask the family organizer to update their billing information" however, all the billing information is correct. I've tried to restart my iPad Mini 2 and it's the same before and after the update to iOS 10. I've also tried syncing my iPad to a computer. Please help.

iPad Mini, iOS 10, Occurred before iOS 10 too

Hi Ella,

After reading your post, I see that you've encountered an error message that states "There's a problem with a family member's previous purchase. Please ask the family organizer to update their billing information". Since you have already had the family organizer double check that the billing information is correct for the account, I think it would be best to reach out to our iTunes Store Support team for further assistance.
